Sage are currently reviewing all of the ideas from our customers with the view to include those that have gained the most votes in a future release.
Unfortunately, since posting your wish it has not gained enough support from other members for it to be considered for inclusion in a future release.

We use departments but I can't print a one list per customer of account and department - or see it in the customer list.
It's a waste of time to drill into each customer to find the department it's in.
Also to make marking up inactive customers and suppliers easier - am option to view 'last active date' in the customer list.
Then ones in active that financial year can be hidden from the list.
