Lots of companies are adding a surcharge to invoices for additional fuel or energy costs at the moment.  I'd like to be able to do this on product sales invoices raised from sales orders and have Sage auto-calculate the charge based on a percentage of the net value of the products.  Even better if it could be added as a footer like the carriage charge option.
