MTD Anyone else having difficulty getting the VAT to go through online?

I cannot get my VAT through online however many times I try. Keeps coming up with Customer/Client is unauthorised?  Anyone help as I cannot get to speak to anyone at Sage and online chat was useless

    Hello Chris, 

    There isn't currently an issue with the MTD Submissions. The error message you are getting is related to a problem with the HMRC login details, you will need to double check your login details. If they are correct then you will need to check you are set up for MTD on HMRC's side. This guide gives you more information on this error.
