BITS Error: There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper Sage MTD for VAT

Question

I'm getting the error - BITS Error: There are no more endpoints available from the endpoint mapper Sage MTD for VAT - when I try updating Sage MTD for VAT. 
 Can whatever this module does be replaced entirely by Sage 50 accounts V27?

Hello Paul, Thank you for using Sage City. If you are submitting a group VAT return you will need to continue using the VAT Module, however if it is a VAT return for 1 Company within Sage 50 Accounts this can be submitted from within Sage. You would need to have a Sage 50Cloud Accounts licence. Calculate and Submit your VAT Return in Sage 50Cloud Accounts
