MTD Submission problems V26

Hi. Since upgrading to Sage V26 i cannot submit my vat returns. When accessing V25 on same laptop i can submit. The message box says something like "trying to connect to HMRC". Anyone else had this issue please?

Thanks for using Sage City.

Can you please provide a screen shot or the full, exact wording of the message please, including any error codes and I’ll be able to look into this for you.

it is saying An error has occurred while communicating with the submission service...

The client and/or agent is not authorised. For further information go to www.sage.com/uk/mtderrors

It must be to do with the version 26, as i have just submitted a nil return one through V25
