• The file is incorrectly flagged as read-only, it doesn’t exist, it’s corrupt or open on the server.
• You don’t have the required Windows permissions to open or amend the file.
• You’re using the wrong Sage 50cloud Accounts licence or data from an earlier version.
• Interference from your anti-virus software
