I've looked into this for you and I'm afraid that due to changes that occur to the structure of your accounting data when using the foreign trader module, it's not possible to deactivate it after it's been turned on and used in Sage 50cloud Accounts. 

If you don't need to see the 'base balance' or 'foreign balance' in Bank Accounts - You can right click the column headers and untick the options you wish to hide and they'll be hidden from view in your program.
