I'm trying to submit a VAT return from the module.

It logs into HMRC fine - I get the SMS code from HMRC suggesting that it's happy with the gateway user ID and password.

But once I enter the six digit code, I get an error window with 

"Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

And no other option to proceed than "OK"

Any suggestions on what it needs to proceed?
