With the issue being company specific it would suggest the problem lies with the data for that company rather than the software. I would recommend running the check data routine to see if it reports any errors. You can acces this in File > Maintenance > Check Data.

If errors are reported, you can restore a recent backup, if you have one, or there are steps to resolve some of the possible errs here:

If no errors are reported, and the problem persists, please post here and we can investigate a little further.
