Only if you've used one the ANALYSIS CODES as a Region.. Add the analysis Code to your column headings and click to sort it.

Analysis codes?? sorry I'm not sure how I would even find this, I was hoping it would be simple like sorting supplier etc

Custom fields on the Customer record. By default they're called Analysis 1 2 and 3 respectively. You can modify their descriptions under Settings --> Configuration --> Custom Fields.

You could then do a bulk change on a range of customers to update the Region
