stock allocation

Is there a way in sage 50 , to enable automatic allocation of stock to sales orders, and control how it allocates to ensure stock is allocated to the oldest orders first.

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    Sage 50cloud Accounts doesn't currently have an automatic order allocation feature. To request this feature for consideration for future releases you can visit the Sage City Ideas board.

    In the meantime, if you want users to be prompted to allocate stock as they save an order, in Settings > Invoice and order defaults, select the Prompt to Allocate Stock when saving a sales order check box.

    To manually allocate a batch of existing orders, ensuring older orders are allocated first, in Sales orders highlight all relevant orders, then click the Date column heading to ensure the orders are sorted in date order with the oldest at the top, then click Allocate stock.
