I am accustomed to upgrades causing problems but Sage has excelled with Version 28. Shame on you Sage. Not good value for money any more. I'm going elsewhere.

Hi Paul,
The system requirements for v28 show that Outlook 2010 is no longer supported.
This is in line with Microsoft also withdrawing support.
Hope a solution can be found for you, the supported versions of Outlook are on the first article. You could also setup webmail as an alternative if you’re not ready to upgrade your outlook.

Hi Ian
This is what I was told AFTER wasting time trying to find the problem and contacting your technical support. Microsoft stopped supporting Office 2010 over a year ago and it still does an adequate job for small businesses like ours that can't afford many thousands every year so we always have the latest software. It is still supported in Sage 50 Payroll, so I do not believe this issue has anything to do with Microsoft. It is clearly perfectly feasible even now to retain support for Outlook 2010 in Sage software and for me it was a big mistake taking it out of Sage 50 Accounts. Are there other Sage users still using Outlook 2010, or even earlier versions?
