Invoice Detail Report excluding deleted lines.

Hello.  I am trying to run a sales report (pulling the data into Excel) that reconciles to all 4000 accounts, but any reports I find are including deleted lines and I can't manage to exclude them in the Editor.  Specifically I am running the "Invoices and Credits by Customer (Detailed)" report, but am happy to be pointed to another.   I am looking for all invoice lines with full detail, excluding deleted lines.

    The out of the box version of the "Invoices and Credits by Customer (Detailed)" report should already be excluding deleted lines by default (you can't see anything explicit in the report for this, it happens automatically by virtue of the fact you join the INVOICE table to the INVOICE_ITEM table). Have you made any changes to the original report?
