Can anyone advise what nominal code should I use for Licence to Sell Alcohol as an asset ?

 I'm not aware of a specific Nominal Code for Alcohol licences, but the following articles may be useful when you come to create the code: 
 
 The Chart of Accounts - Explains the chart of accounts and the typical ranged for each category including Assets. 
 Create or rename a nominal code - A good starting point for creating a new code.
