when you say there are no data issues, I'm presuming this means the Check Data routine returns no errors. I'd also recommend checking the Chart of Accounts. To do this go to Nominal > Chart of Accounts > Edit > Check. Repeat this for any charts listed. if any report errors then these should be corrected first before trying to create a Bank Account again. if the chart of Accounts is fine, I'd try logging into Sage Accounts as a different user and see if the issue still occurs to see if it's linked to a particular user profile.
