You could look at copying the COA layout from the demonstration data to your live company data.  The following guide details how to this: https://gb-kb.sage.com/portal/app/portlets/results/viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=200427112208222.

If you go to the section 'Add or replace one COA from one company to another'.

If you've not entered many transactions and new nominal codes, you can also use the Rebuild option via File > Maintenance.  If you remove the tick from Keep my Nominal Account records, you can then select the COA layout you'd like to use.  This will automatically remove the tick from keep my transactions, as well as others.  You would then need reprocess if required.

Please make sure you take a backup before you do a rebuild, as this process cannot be reversed.
