Has anyone seen an issue with emailing invoices/statements (Microsoft Outlook) out of SAGE 50 post update to version 27.2? I have been emailing invoices last week with no problem, but since the update was installed on Monday, the documents do not export into my Drafts folder (or indeed anywhere into Outlook), although Sage says that the export has happened and when I ask Report Designer to send a test email, that works too. But the draft email with the invoice is nowhere to be found.
I have retraced my steps and tried applying email settings again but to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated!
