Invoice Export to Outlook is corrupted

I have an issue with exporting an invoice to Outlook which was working OK until today

I am using Sage V27.1.562.0

If I export the invoice as a pdf to a folder, it looks OK, I can attach it to an email and it all works

If I export to email, the numerics in the item lines are misplaced on the page

Adobe is the default pdf reader

I am using WIndows10 and Office is updated

I have checked that the cached mode checkbox in Outlook is ticked

Hi Tim,

Thanks for using Sage City.

Do you know if the issue persists if you use a standard layout in Sage, such as the layout called A4 Inv\Crd Discount – Plain Paper (Print or Email).

If that works fine, you’d need to create a ticket to our Reporting team to check the customised layout.
