Nominal codes Activity taking so long to display

Hi

we just upgraded to sage accounts version 25 and now the nominal code 4000 is taking ages to open and at times is makes the whole system hang. its been three days trying to get this activity with no avail.

any who has experienced this.

    If you're on a subscription with us, I'd recommend using the latest version of our software which is v27.  You can find out how to download and install this here.

    In terms of your issue, does this occur for all users and machines on your network?

    The first thing to try would be to take a back up of your data, then run the Reindex and Compress options from inside the Recovery Tools window.  Find out how >.
