Subscription expired?

Hi, 

I signed up to Sage 50 Accounts as I've signed up a client who uses it.  I got confused and signed up for a free trial for the wrong one.  The success manager rang me, told me I had to have the back up converted, helped me arrange it and said the correct Sage would be £44 per month.  I was more than happy with that and so the data got converted and I began work. 

Last week I received an invoice for £106 so I emailed the success manager to query it.  I missed his call and haven't been able to get through since.  I've tried to log on to Sage tonight and it's saying my subscription has expired?

I would understand if I'd put something in the email about not paying etc but I haven't.  I've also still got my direct debit set up.

Does anyone know why this have happened please?
