The Licence file is Invalid

Question

I have updated Sage50 to V26. I now am unable to log in with my details as the error Message keeps coming up: The Licence File is Invalid. 
 Anyone having a similar issue and knows how to rectify?

Hi Kylie, Thanks for using Sage City. I've checked, and there are no current issues with the Licence Server (which can cause this message to appear), in which case I'd recommend following the steps in this article: https://gb-kb.sage.com/portal/app/portlets/results/viewsolution.jsp?solutionid=201015120059467
