Sage Salary & Supplier Payments

I am trying log onto Sage Salary & Supplier Payments.  I have received a welcome email to access the account but for some reason I keep getting an error message with a big red banner saying that 'Sign in has failed.  Check the details you entered and contact support if the problem persists'

I have phoned Modulr and spoken to Elliot he says its a problem with my Sage ID not being recognised by the Sage Salary & Supplier payments system.  I spent an hour trying to get through to Sage yesterday and Nadine ending up putting me through Modulr.  I need someone to help me with this.  I know my Sage ID works fine in Sage as I can get into MySage and Sage City.  Can someone in your technical department look into this please.
