I’m having difficulty remembering before lock down :(

Wondering if anybody could help or have an idea.

im looking to include extra ref when I print out reports.

mostly in day book reports and activity for sales?

I get the ref only not the extra ref on the printout of the reports.

how could I amend the report to include both?

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    You can add the extra reference to the detailed day books and activity reports by editing the reports in Report Designer and adding the AUDIT_SPLIT.EXTRA_REF variable into the Details section alongside the other AUDIT_SPLIT values.

    1. Select the report you want to amend, then click Edit.
    2. On the menu bar click Report, click Report Properties.
    3. Enter a new report name and description, then click OK.
    4. If required, to make space on the layout you can click and drag items.
    5. On the menu bar click Toolbox, then click Add Data Field.
    6. Click once in the blank space where you want the data field to appear.
    7. In the Add Data Field window, expand the AUDIT_SPLIT table.
    8. Click the EXTRA_REF data field, then click OK.
    9. If required, click and drag to move or resize the data field.
    10. On the menu bar click File, click Save As, enter a new file name then click Save.
    11. On the menu bar click File, then click Exit.
