Remote using Sage 50 Cloud - Missing Report

SOLVED

Until now I have used local pc's on our network and the remote users have used remote access software to control them and work from home.

But now, we are in the process of setting up remote access to our Sage system using Sage's remote access facility.
All seems to work ok using this method, but the remote PC's don't seem o have access to our reports when using Quick Print etc.
I have set their machines to use the DataPath for the reports, but this doesn't seem to help.

Can anyone shed a little light on this please?

If changing to Data path for reports hasn't worked, you can simply copy the report layouts to the other computers.  Start with the PC that can see the reports and navigate to where they reside, usually C:\ProgramData\Sage\Accounts\2021\Company.000\REPORTS either on the local PC or a server.  Find the reports, copy them and paste them into similar locations on the remote PCs.  If it's invoice layouts you want, rather than reports, look in the Layouts folder instead.  There's nothing more to do - the reports will appear next time you look for them in Sage.
