Question

I'm currently on version 27. On checking the vat codes I notice in the box that appears there is a little box saying 'linked to' mine is showing T1 0.00 but I use T11 for my standard vat - do I need to change to box to T11 ?

Hi, 
 Yes, that would be correct, it needs to be linked to your 20% Standard VAT Code. 
 You may of been using T11 if you've swapped VAT schemes or a few other reasons, this is fine but yeah update T21 to link to T11 instead so it calculates the VAT correctly.
