View Changes made to an invoice in Sage 50 Accounts version 23

Hi, 

I had an invoice  which was mistakenly cancelled and set as 'zero' value. Is it possible to view its previous sate,when it had an actual amount?

The version i am using is version 23.

    Apologies for the delayed response to your question. 

    Could I check, was the invoice updated? Or was it an invoice that was in the Invoices and Credits list - that hadn't been updated? 

    If it had been updated, and then cancelled, there should be a deleted transaction in the Audit Trail list that shows the original details. This should provide you with an indication of the original values. 

    However, if the Invoice, hadn't been updated and appeared in the Invoice and Credit List - it won't have left a stamp on the Audit Trail. The only way for you to identify the previous value of the Invoice, would be to restore back (to before the invoice was cancelled) - so you are able to identify the original information.
