How to create a new company in Sage 50cloud Accounts Professional version 27.1 with the same nominal accounts/chart of accounts as existing companies?

Hi All, 
 I've been asked to create/setup a new company within Sage 50cloud Accounts Professional version 27.1.562.0 by my manager, but have limited experience of using Sage. 
 We already have several companies setup within Sage and if it's possible I would like to try and copy the chart of accounts and nominal codes from an existing company to the new one. 
 But not the suppliers as they will be different. 
 I googled this and it suggested that maybe it was possible by using settings and configuration to save a file of an existing company configuration. 
 But when I look at my options under Settings/Configuration there doesn't seem to be this option. 
 The tabs I see on this field are Terms, Tax Codes, Account Status, Products, Fixed Assets, Custom Fields, Dispute Reasons, Credit Control and Project Costing. 
 If anyone could suggest how to do this I would appreciate it.

 Thank you for using Sage City. 
 Apologies for the delayed response to your question. 
 You can copy your Chart of Accounts and Nominal Codes over from a different company. 
 The process for each step would be different, due to what it involves transferring. Here is a link for how to copy the COA from one company to another, the steps for this are a little way down the page : Copying a Chart of Accounts 
 With the nominal codes, you can export these from the existing company, and then import them into the new company. This will allow you to just take the Nominal Reference and Name - but none of the values.
