Hi,

Thanks for using Sage City.

Within report designer go to Report > Email Settings > Subject.

Within the expression editor makes sure your expression includes spaces (a space before and after from".

Example SALES_LEDGER.E_MAIL + " from " COMPANY.NAME

For the email address issue within the same screen press, the TO option above Subject and review the expression used. If you only want it to go to email 1 on the customer record change the expression to be SALES_LEDGER.E_MAIL.

Still no Joy with a space before " and after " unfortunately. 

Can you post the expression you're using on the forum? (Copy directly from the subject box within rep des please)

Hi,

You need spaces before and after the " "

Example

"Invoice SPACE" + INVOICE.INVOICE_NUMBER + "SPACE From SPACE" + COMPANY.NAME

So like this:

"Invoice " + INVOICE.INVOICE_NUMBER + " From " + COMPANY.NAME

Remember to go File > save once finished.

Fantastic! That has sorted that issue. Can you help me with having all 3 email contacts in the 'To' section? When I send the Invoice to my inbox it comes up with: 

"SALES_LEDGER.E_MAIL";SALES_LEDGER.E_MAIL2";"SALES_LEDGER.E_MAIL3"

instead of the actual email address's Thank you so much  :-) 

Pleased it worked.

You just need to press To.. then click add (the one above edit) and add SALES_LEDGER.E_MAIL then OK then repeat to add each variable separately.
