The password was not recognised during Login

Question

Our clients have been using Sage 50 UK v 24.2 running on Windows Server 2012 for past few years, before 2 days we received this issue on login for one of the Company Dataset, 
 
 Can we resolve this issue, as a Sage Partner, as we have Re-installed the .net Framework and as well as the Application we have removed and installed again, the issue remains on this particular Dataset, the other Company Dataset works fine.

Hi, 
 Thanks for using Sage City. 
 There are a few reasons you may get this error 'password not recognised'. If you've copied any data files or folders over and replaced them, this could cause the error. 
 Another reason can be if you switch between companies, once logged in, by going to file > open > open company data but I can see from the screen shot you aren't doing that. 
 The final reason it can happen is if there is corruption on the company. 
 If you have a backup of the latest data, the best thing to do is browse to the data directory > rename Accdata folder to Accdataold > create a new folder called Accdata > re-open Sage and you'll get company set up or it'll say 'no data found' > click ok on that > choose restore data from a backup file' on the company set up screen.
