Hi everyone,

I want to record bulk of bank transfers. i think one way is through importing excel file. Can some body tell me the format of excel, like what headings are required and what data should be enter below every heading.

For example if 1st required heading is date we enter the transactions date.... so what are the other heading and what data should be enter below each heading?

Hi Waleed,

Thanks for using Sage City.

There is an import template you can follow. If you browse to C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage\Accounts\Import Templates > open the Audit Trail Full Template.

You can use that and it has the headings on there as well. If you hover over the headings, it will tell you the format of what needs to go in each cell.
