Thanks for using Sage City.

You can find the option under Bank > Edit > Type in your bank ref > Reconciliation's.

Please note only reconciliations done since this feature went in can be reversed.(v24.2)

Hi unfortunately I cannot see the reconciliation which I need to reverse in that screen. I think the period is either too old or locked....

Not having much luck here. When I click on Help > About - the screen is just blank with no information  on it??

The tab should be available within the Bank Record underneath "Bank Details" if it's missing It might be worth popping up on webchat for us to investigate this with you in real time.

We never hide this tab regardless of situation you're in. Example if you are Sage 50cloud you'll get an advert to upgrade or if you're in an archive you'll get messaging to tell you that you can only do this in live data.
