Has anyone else had issues with the onedrive backups?

Hi,

We've set up the OneDrive back up's for various companies but after so many days the backups and emails telling us the backup has completed stop.

Not receiving the email is a prompt to reset these backups up, but we never stopped them in the first place. Has anyone had this issue or know how to remedy it?

We want them to run continuously safe in the knowledge our data is being backed up daily to OneDrive

    Hi Martin,

    Thanks for using Sage City. Apologies for the late reply to this. We changed over Sage City and some queries were missed by mistake.

    You may have already resolved your issues by now but if not, can you go to help > about, under program details section, tell me the full version number please?

    Also, within File > Schedule back up, check the location it's backing up to and make sure there is enough space.

    Hi Sean,

    Our version number is: 26.2.139.0

    Our back up's go to our one drive, an account we specifically set up for Sage and this should be more than enough room 

    But the issue does still remain, we check our back up's are going to onedrive and the back up emails flow for a few weeks and then eventually they stop and it seems like the back ups just turn themselves off?

    Hi Martin.

    Thanks for the additional information. 

    I would recommend you download and install v26.3 update by going to www.sage.co.uk/au > click on Sage Accounts v26 and then click on the link to install v26.3. Make sure Sage is closed on all machines and if you're using Sage Drive, update the main machine first, then the remote machines. 

    The next thing to try would be to follow the steps in this guide: Schedule Backups stop running. You've already checked the first couple of steps so skip past those and try the others.
