Sage 50 quick search box boots you out of the program?

Does anyone else have issues using the Sage 50 quick search box where it boots you out of the program? We have 3 clients that have an issue with v26 doing this, not all have multi users. Any ideas to why?? Thanks in advance.

    Thanks for using Sage City. 

    When you perform a search, the results may not be as expected.

    This happens if you have previously applied a filter then clicked the option   to show all records before applying a search.

    What i would do first is discard any filter before applying your search.

    • Click Filter and click Clear form then click Apply and click Close.

    If this does not work, it maybe a issue with some Damaged user files in the Data  Folder after a conversion or after a unexpected close down of the Sage program. If the above does not resolve it i would give our team a call on 01914 79 59 55.
