Cannot access Sage software - update required

SOLVED

Hi - I tried to access our Sage software this morning, however I received an error message stating that I needed to update the software before accessing the data. 

"This data was last used with version 26.2.139.0 of Sage Accounts. You are currently using version 26.1.99.0. You must update this version of Sage Accounts before accessing the data. Would you like to check for updates?"

When I click yes, it tells me that no updates were found.

I think the problem stems from the fact that our external accountant provides us with the latest data using Sage Drive. Their system must have updated at some point, but I can't seem to get ours to update.

Is there any way to force an update?
