Auto Entry - Sage 50

Hi All,

Is anyone using Auto Entry linked with Sage 50?

How are you finding it?

My firm are planning to trial Auto Entry in the next few weeks. I like the fact that a digital copy of the invoice will be stored and that entries will automatically post to sage.

I would love it if they could introduce an authorisation routine and i am told this is coming in the future.

If our trial is successful i intend on implementing auto entry with sage's supplier payment module to turn our purchase invoice process paper free!

Did you go ahead? Check your detailed VAT report once you have reconciled the Vat return, it broke ours. They are aware, yet not very helpful.

Hello

I use it and find it save time. We are only a small company but now I've sorted out how it works and how you can use it I haven't entered any purchase invoices. You have to learn which details are entered into Sage. I use a reference in Sage which I now add to details in Auto Entry before its posted. You need to learn how you want it to transfer the information.

They are not very good at tell you when a service is 'down'. I did put in a complaint about not keeping users informed of problems.
