Trouble with Office 365

How do I get Sage to work with my Office 365, it's currently saying only 2010, 2013, 2016 and 2019 are supported

Is your Office 365 the desktop version of the software or the online version?

Hi Sean I think it's desktop as I had to download files. saying that it's connected to one drive so I'm not really sure.

I'm not too sure what the exact specification of that product is just by looking at that.

I recommend you give us a call on 0191 479 5955 if you have telephone support or start a webchat with us if not and we'll take a closer look.
