Already Connected to the selected company on Sage Drive

I am trying to connect Sage Drive as a remote user.  I run Sage 50 V26 on my PC and select 'Connect to data from Sage Drive'

I then sign in with my Sage Drive ID and am asked to select a dataset - there is only one of these and it is the one I want to connect to.

When I click Next I get the message "You have already connected to the selected company on Sage Drive" Please select a different company in the list.

As there is only one company in the list and I cannot remove either the company or Sage Drive from within the Sage desktop application (as it goes through the company set-up process on start-up), I am stuck!

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
