Can you confirm if you are sending individual statements per customer or are you selecting the Statement Run option from the customer list?

There is no setting within Accounting to send statements in any other format other than PDF.
When you are sending the email from Accounting, does the email pop up on screen?
Thanks for your help. I'm in customers with the relevant one highlighted, i click on statements and chose the statement report I have added our logos to, then Preview and check and then click on email. This is virtually the same process as i use for invoices which then appear on the email as a pdf.
