We have run the year end. Subsequently there has been a decision to reclass entries for more detailed revenue stream reporting.

We have followed the recommended journal manually the reclass and then clear entries to retained earnings.

How do we get the entries to be included in the prior year column of the P&L comaparative report (Actual v Budget v Prior year)
