Hi we have 2 users - main and remote - the remote user has lost all layouts under the Customer Statements button Any ideas please

    Hi James,

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    The user on the remote site can go to File > Restore and browse to C:\ProgramData\Sage\Accounts\YEAR\DataRestores and select the layouts only backup.

    This will restore the default layouts back. Any customised layouts should sync back across Sage Drive.
