Issue with Sage Report Designer

SUGGESTED
Posted By FormerMember

Hi Everyone

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, but does anybody have any idea why I have the following issue?

When I preview the delivery note, I can see all characters. Whenever I print to PDF or I print directly to the printer or I export to PDF, I lose some of my characters. I have just counted my previous delivery note and the two lines that are missing their last letters cut off at 46 characters (including spaces).

Could this be an issue with my template or is it when printing the template (as it shows up on preview). Does anybody know how to fix this issue?

Thanks in advance! Slight smile

    HI

    Thanks for using Sage City

There was an issue affecting older versions of the software if using Report Designer v1.3.2010.50 or v1.3.2010.61. To resolve this, download and install the Sage Report Designer v1.3.2011.30 update from the Updates area of the website or at www.sage.co.uk/accountsupdates For further information about this, please refer to article 27359.

If you're using one of the later versions of the software, e.g., v22 or above, what you can see on the preview should print or export to PDF. If you'd like to call the support line on 0191 479 5955, a technician can investigate this further for you in real time.

    Kind regards
