Just want help!!!!!!!!!
What's the problem exactly?
We have a Sage 50c and cannot create a new supplier account in Euros, we already have accounts in Euros both in Customer and Supplier, they had been set up before were upgraded.
is this the only way we can get support from Sage?
No this isn't Sage support. It's a user and consultant forum. Also it's for Sage 300 and not Sage 50. If you are in UK then you should call the Sage UK help line.
It's generally a long wait for an answer, could you please forward the phone number Thank you
As I say, this isn't Sage support. You need to look up the appropriate number for your software.
Hi Samantha,
Thanks for using Sage City.
Please can you edit your post and remove your personal details, these details are unique to you and should not be shared on a public forum.
Do you get an error message when trying to create a supplier account in euros? does this supplier have any activity on their account?
Can you go to Help > About and confirm your Variant. (Professional?) Under Help and About can you also scroll to features on the left and confirm if Foreign Trader says "Yes"
If it says No, you'll need to go to Tools > Activation > Enable Foreign Trader.
if you've recently downgraded from Professional to 50 Accounts but included foreign trader in your subscription this will be another reason why you can no longer add a supplier in euros.
If this has answered your question please click More > Verify Answer.

Ian

Hi Samantha Evans,
Since it looks like you are using Sage 50c, I've moved this post to that Support Group so that other users of this software will see it and can offer you their thoughts and insight.
Thanks,
Erzsi
