Labels Printing

I don't know if I am having a brain-fart or what but, usually I can print off labels for all my customers in alphabetical order.  However today, I can't.  I have rearranged all my customers several times so they are definitely in the right order but when I go to print it seems to be selecting them in a random order.  What am I doing wrong.  I appreciate any help.  Thanks.

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    Are you customers ordered by A/C column, Name column or another one?

    Can you also let me know the filename, from under the filename column, of the label layout you're using please?

    If you have any other users that use Sage, let me know if the same thing happens on their computer please.
