When I try and connect Sage 50 to GoCardless an error occurs 'unable to connect to internet'. Sage support has advised it possibly something on my computer stopping the connection. Have no problem submitting VAT returns and using 25.1V. Our IT guys have had a look and can't find any firewalls etc that could be stopping it. What else can I try?

The only things that would usually block this connection would be anti-virus or firewall. The following guide will give you a list of URL's to exclude so just double check these.
If you're still getting the error, you can create a new Windows user with Administrative access and retry.
