Thanks for using Sage City.

Within File > Maintenance > Rebuild you'll have all the different options to rebuild different areas of Sage Accounts.

Selecting the transactions option will remove all transactions, you're unable to retain particular transaction types.You could however export all transactions to excel, rebuild transactions in Sage Accounts and then re-import your edited excel spreadsheet back into Sage Accounts with the transactions you want. Might be worth starting  a webchat or calling us to discuss how to do this.

I phoned software support first before posting, and I was just provided with an email link to an article on how to rebuild data.

I specifically want to rebuild only excluding posted invoices and their allocated bank receipts. Is this possible?

Hi Beki,

It's not possible to exclude certain transactions when you rebuild. The only work around would be to export all transactions to excel, rebuild and then re-import the transactions you want.
