Setting up CLIENT Bank Account in Sage 50

Hi,

does anyone know how to best set up Client Bank Account in Sage 50, enter transactions for the year, reconcile?

I am not sure what control account it should feed into?  How do I create Client Control Account?

    Hi Alex. 

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    To set up a bank account, go to bank accounts > click new from the top and enter the details > save.

    You would then enter transactions via File > Import or enter manually via bank payments, bank receipts, sales receipts or supplier payments, depending on what the transactions are relating to. For steps on how to import, see article 24220.

    To reconcile go to bank accounts > click reconcile from the top: 32242

    When you say 'what account it should feed into? How do I create Client Control Account?', what exactly are you wanting to do here?
