You can delete the outstanding item from the sales order by highlighting in the order and pressing F8 on your keyboard.

If this stock item has already been allocated you will need to unallocate it first via the Amend allocations option in Sales orders module first.

Hi Paul,

Unfortunately this didn't work because it says this item has been despatched/delivered.  The order was for 3 and 2 have been despatched and an invoice for these created.  The Order is showing as part despatched and I want to cancel the 1 outstanding item.
