Issues with working remotely using Sage Drive - says still processing at main site but pc switched off

Hi I had some errors on a back up so i restored data on my main site pc.  After this i have not been able to access sage from my laptop remotely as i get a message saying that the Sage ID user is still processing  at the main site and to wait.  The main site pc is switched off.   and it then goes into trying to connect with the blue bars running until i have to manually close it.  I have tried stopping and starting under services on both pc's but it hasn't helped.  I was working remotely with no issues before i restored the data so is there anything else i can try to get going again?  Have attached a screenshot of the error message if you can read it.   Thank you for any help.
