Remote access problems with login

Hi

i have sage version 25.1 on my home computer running 2 companies from home. 

I have recently been accessing one of my clients sage version 25.1 remotely and it appears that even though I shut each program down properly, that whenever I use my home program and then try to use the remote one after, it comes up with an error message saying only one program can be run at a time. And won’t let me access sage remotely.

Can you help?

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    Make sure Sage is closed. If you then press Ctrl + Alt + Delete on your keyboard > Task Manager > processes tab > check if SBDDesktop.exe shows in there. If so, highlight it > click End Process > End process. Close Task Manager and try Sage again. 

    However, if this continues to happen, we'll need to troubleshoot this further via webchat or telephone.
