Sage 50 Self Generated Invoices

I send self generated invoicing from our Sage 50 through GMail, recently all my clients are receiving the invoices into their junk/spam. if I then forward the invoice from my gmail browser sent box (As it shows there as sent by sage), they get it! Anyone else have this problem? any idea how to solve the problem?

    Thanks for using Sage City.

    This isn't something we're aware of. If they're sent directly from Sage, check in your sent items to see what 'subject' it's giving the email. Are there any characters or words in there which now may be identified by the email providers as spam?

    If you forward them manually and it puts FW: in front of the subject, can you delete that off and test if it's going to junk/spam again please.

    If you're still having trouble, contact us via webchat or give us a call as we may need to take a closer look in to the email settings.
